Shipping within New Zealand is FREE. For orders over $50 to Australia, shipping is also FREE. If you spend more than $250 in Australia, we upgrade you to our DHL Express service (2-4 days).
All our international orders come with the option of a NZ Post Economy Tracked service (if under $250) or a DHL Express service. The price of our DHL Express service varies - see costs below.
We use DHL's GoGreen Plus service as part of our commitment in aiming towards Climate Neutral Shipping. GoGreen Plus is a service that reduces the carbon emissions associated with shipments through the use of Sustainable Aviation Fuel. This is a premium service that Mountain Jade absorb some of the cost on, to sit with out sustainability goals. We offer a FREE gift message service and for $6.95 you can select our Premium Gift Wrapping service which covers all items in your purchase. Your piece will come with a mini meaning card and artist profile where available. If you are in New Zealand or Australia, you can pay with Afterpay in 4 interest free payments.

Important Update for our valued U.S. Customers 🇺🇸 🙌
New Tariff Changes. From 5 April 2025, the United States has introduced new import tariffs that could affect your order with us. We are a small NZ business and are trying our best to navigate these. Here’s what you need to know when shopping with us from the USA. We encourage you to stay informed about the latest import requirements before placing your order.
1) Orders Under USD $800 (Pieces labeled as 'New Zealand')
You’re all good! 😃 Orders under USD $800 (approx NZD $1,300) and carved from New Zealand stone still qualify for simplified (informal) clearance and don’t require us to complete any additional documentation. This is the vast majority of items listed on our website.
2) Orders Over USD $800
For orders valued over USD $800, we will ship using the NZ Post Courier Service and complete an Export Entry form on your behalf, arranged through a NZ Post Customs Broker. On arrival, your parcel will be subject to Formal Entry procedures in the United States. Any duties, taxes, or associated import fees are the responsibility of the recipient and will not be covered by Mountain Jade.
If the parcel is returned due to non-payment of these charges, all costs incurred by us, including shipping fees, transaction fees, customs broker charges, and restocking fees, will be deducted from your refund. So please make an informed choice, before purchase.
Please note that DHL has temporarily suspended shipments over USD $800. As a result, higher-value orders can only be sent via NZ Post, which is why DHL does not appear as a shipping option at checkout for these orders.
3) Pieces which are NOT labeled as 'New Zealand'
If you are visiting our website from the USA, you may notice that a small number of our Australian, Canadian and Chinese jade pieces are labelled 'No USA Shipping'. Please note, that whilst you will still be able to add these to your cart and proceed to the checkout, you will not be able to transact these items, if you have selected a USA shipping address. Please remove these items to proceed with the rest of your purchase or select a non-USA address.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We are depending on courier networks to get your item to you. Our NZ Post Economy Tracked (Non-signature) service means your item will be left. If you want the security of signing for your item, please select DHL Express. We are not responsible for items marked as delivered on the Air Satchel Service, which might go missing.
