Support Hours
We are a New Zealand based company. Our support hours are 8:30am-4pm Monday to Thursday and 8:30am-3pm on Fridays, local time (NZT). If you email us or leave us a message outside of these hours, we will do our utmost to respond to you the next working day. We operate a small support team (one person) so please forgive us, if sometimes we take more than one day. During the Christmas holiday period (24th Dec to 5th Jan), our responses will be as-and-when staff are in.Contact Support
