Shipping within New Zealand is FREE. For orders over $50 to Australia, shipping is also FREE. If you spend more than $250 in Australia, we upgrade you to our DHL Express service (2-4 days).
All our international orders (excl USA) come with the option of a NZ Post Economy Tracked service (if under $250) or a DHL Express service. The price of our DHL Express service varies - see costs below.

GoGreen Plus is a service that reduces the carbon emissions associated with shipments through the use of Sustainable Aviation Fuel. This is a premium service that Mountain Jade absorb some of the cost on, to sit with out sustainability goals. We offer a FREE gift message service and for $6.95 you can select our Premium Gift Wrapping service which covers all items in your purchase. Your piece will come with a mini meaning card and artist profile where available. If you are in New Zealand or Australia, you can pay with Afterpay in 4 interest free payments.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We are depending on courier networks to get your item to you. Our NZ Post Economy Tracked (Non-signature) service means your item will be left. If you want the security of signing for your item, please select DHL Express. We are not responsible for items marked as delivered on the Air Satchel Service, which might go missing.
