Shipping
Orders are dispatched from Mountain Jade during normal New Zealand business hours. Orders are not valid until accepted by Mountain Jade.
Due to the valuable nature of Mountain Jade products, we must be able to leave your parcel with someone at the address you have indicated, unless you have first provided us with special instructions. A signature will be required upon receipt.
Products will be deemed to have been received by you if accepted by a person at your nominated delivery address, or if your special instructions are complied with. Insurance applies only until the order is delivered to your nominated address.
Shipping details must include a street address and daytime telephone number. Your order cannot be dispatched if these details are missing.
Mountain Jade reserves the right to limit quantities and may discontinue accepting orders at any time. Mountain Jade reserves the right accept of reject orders in any combination or option(s) it determines to be in its best interest.

All orders placed within New Zealand , and or for delivery within New Zealand, will include Goods and Services Tax of 15.0%

The rates for Mountain Jade International Shipping option are:

- Up to 10 items $30.00
Region 2: USA, Asia & Europe
- Up to 5 items $30.00
- Up to 10 items $40.00
Region 3: Rest of World ( South America, Africa, Middle East, etc)
- Up to 5 items $35.00
- Up to 10 items $45.00
All Regions: If Cords only: $4.00

Packages shipped using Mountain Jade's international option usually arrive within 14 working days. You may be subject to import duties and taxes levied by your country or other overseas authority once a shipment reaches your country, which are not included in our prices.
You may also be required to pay additional charges for customs clearance. You should contact your local customs office for further information on applicable duties taxes restrictions and fees.
**Should you require your purchase to be shipped via Fedex or other shipping provider please contact us directly.
Returns, Replacements, Exchanges
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please advise us by e-mail within 5 working days of receipt of goods. You must return the goods together with your receipt within 30 days of invoice to enable us to process a refund. Unfortunately delivery and handling charges are not refundable. To return your product, use the reverse side of your invoice to let us know why you decided to return your item(s) and your desired resolution (replacement, refund, or exchange) for each item.
Please address your package to Mountain Jade, 43 Depot Street, Rotorua, New Zealand, +64 7 349 3968. For your protection, we strongly recommend that you return your order by insured mail and keep the receipt for your records. Mountain Jade is not responsible for lost return shipments. All refunds will be credited in New Zealand dollars.
