A. The Jade displayed on this website is British Columbian Jade unless otherwise stated.
Q. How long will my order take to arrive?
A. Orders within New Zealand are next day delivery except Fridays.
Australia 7 - 10 working days
U.S.A 10 - 12 working days
U.K and Europe 12 to 14 working days
Rest of the World up to 18 working days.
Due to the valuable nature of Mountain Jade products, we must be able to leave your parcel with someone at the address you have indicated, unless you have first provided us with special instructions. A signature will be required upon receipt.
*Orders will not be prcessed on Saturdays , Sundays or National public holidays, they will be processed and sent out on the following business day.
Q. Can I get my own wording on the Dog Tags?
A. Yes you can get your Dog Tags personalised the starting price for this service is $20.00 per Tag.
Q. Do we custom make pendants?
A. Yes we have an experienced team of carvers that would be happy to give you a quote.
Q. Will my pendant come with a necklace cord?
A. Yes all pendants come with a necklace cord and in a jewellery box.
Q. How do I pay for my order?
A. Mountain Jade accepts Master Card, Visa, American Express, and Direct Bank Deposit

NB: For overseas bank deposits you need to quote the SWIFT number: WPACNZ2W
Payment must be made within 7 working days.
Q. Are there any taxes and duties?
A. It is the responsibility of the person purchasing to be aware of the Sales and Duty Tax regulations for the country where their purchase is being delivered. As each country has different regulations Mountain Jade is not responsible for any payments for Sales and Duty Tax, which the parcel may incur upon arrival.
Q. What is your returns/exchange policy?
A. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email within 5 working days of receipt of goods. You must return the goods together with your receipt within 30days of invoice to enable us to process a refund. Delivery and handling charges are not refundable. Mountain Jade will not accept partial refunds nor will it issue partial refunds, you must return the entire order to receive a refund.
